You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sub-license, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
The DuitNow88 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any DuitNow88 trademark is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DuitNow88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Where material changes are made that may adversely affect Players' rights, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
